Visual Display Units and Eyes Health

6.  Hagaajinta shaashadda: Hagaajinta iftiinka, isbarbardhigga, iyo cabbirka qoraalka ama muuqaalka ee shaashaddaada waxay kaa caawin kartaa yaraynta cadaadiska indhaha. Waxa kale oo aad isticmaali kartaa filtarrada dhaldhalaalka shaashadda si aad u yarayso dhaldhalaalka iyo intiinka shaashadda.

7.  Iftiin Haboon: Iftiinka saxda ah ee qolka ama goobtu waa lama huraan si loo yareeyo iftiinka iyo cadaadiska indhaha.

Dhig shaashaddaada meal ku habboon si aad uga fogaato dhaldhalaalka daaqadaha ama nalka sare.

Markaad ka digtoonaato arrimahan oo aad qaaddo tillaabooyin aad ku yareynayso cadaadiska indhaha, waxay kaa caawin karaan inaad ilaaliso indhahaaga markaad isticmaalayso shaashaddaha bandhigga muuqaalka ah.
